Gregory S. Benincasa
President, H.R. Beebe, Inc.

Services, Inc
Greg has worked in the construction industry since he began working in the field more than 35 years ago. He has been with H. R. Beebe, Inc. since 1982, and the President since 1998. He has been with Beebe Construction Services, Inc. since it was founded in 1995 and became Vice President in 1998. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer and provides contract administration and project estimating. Greg has experience as a project superintendent and senior estimator, and previously worked with the New York State Department of Transportation as an assistant engineer and surveyor.

Greg holds degrees in Civil Engineering Technology and Construction Management. He is a past President of the Board of Directors of the Mohawk Valley Builders Exchange, past Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Building Industry Employers of New York State, and past President of the the Rotary Club of Utica. He is past Chairman of the Labor Relations Section of the Mohawk Valley Construction Employers Association, an Officer, Board Member and Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary Club of Utica, Member of the Board of Directors for the Stanley Center for the Arts, and a past Trustee of St. Leoās The Great Church in Holland Patent, NY.

James R. Fawcett
Project Manager
Jim has been with H.R. Beebe, Inc. since 2000, and has been responsible for project management of the Preswick Glen Senior Housing Community, the Rehabilitation and New Hangar Construction at Griffiss Airfield, and the Jorgensen Athletic/Events Center at MVCC, among others, on projects valued up to $27 million.

He develops, enforces and expedites project schedules; tracks and controls project budgets; coordinates and manages the work of subcontractors and multiple prime contractors; and estimates and prepares bids.
Prior to joining our firm, Jim was a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager for several regional contractors. He completed projects throughout New York state and the Mid Atlantic states, with contract values up to $34 million.

Rodney Giarrusso
Safety director
Rodney started with beebe in 2007 and became the Safety Director in 2010. He has many different responsibilities Such as: Formulating and implementing policies, procedures and programs on construction safety. these standards must comply with OSHA regulations. He needs to Have to have a broad knowledge of local, state and federal regulations, and Also be familiar with all relevant environmental laws.Rodney Receives complaints and reports on safety concerns inside and outside the company.
He must Investigate reports of dangerous working conditions and forward the report and recommendations to senior management for redress. He Receives reports on workplace injuries and investigates the causes.Rodney also visits construction sites to ensure implementation of the correct safety policies and procedures are in place. He also deals with external parties, such as government-employed inspectors to facilitate evaluation of construction sites. Review blueprints, evacuation plans, lighting and ventilation, and ensure there is no danger to the health and safety of workers or site visitors.
Rodney also has many certifications in the field of safety. These include: his Certified Construction Safety and Health Specialist through Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), OSHA 500 through RIT which allows him to teach the OSHA 10 and OSHA 30. Rodney represents the company in meetings with governmental bodies and other agencies on matters regarding workplace health and safety.
Curt Wightman
General Superintendent

Curt has been with Beebe for 25 years, and has in total, 30 years experience in the construction Industry. Curt started as a carpenter, and worked his way up from there. Following carpenter, Curt became a foreman, superintendent, project manager, and finally his current position, General Superintendent.
As general superintendent, Curt is in charge of scheduling jobs, and man power to ensure projects are done on time and on budget.

Curt is experienced with almost every facet of the construction industry, and because of that, Curt is also extremely helpful helping our project estimators develop labor production for specific tasks.
